I was impressed by the host’s responsiveness and kindness. He was understanding and helpful. The rooms and the beds were very clean. We felt like we were in our own house. very cozy. The fridge was very clean and the fact that we found water in the fridge made us so happy. The cooking stuff including the spices made it easier for us to cook breakfast. And there are so many grocery stores within 3 to 5 minutes for families who want to cook.

Very comfortable and clean. Functional rather than luxury. Beds very comfortable but could do with more comfy seating. Maybe take out a bed and have a seating area. Would still leave 3 large beds. Good facilities with cooker,microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer. Bathroom small but good shower. You have to use stairs to get to the flat probably not suitable for those with mobility issues. Quiet area with good connections via Independence Boulevard to downtown Virginia Beach and Oceanside. Local fast food outlets and shops. Very friendly hosts. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and use again.
