Wonderful landlord. Air conditioning. Nice reputable interior. Big Balcony with a great view. Comfortable mattress (I must add that my husband was not comfortable, his back hurt. So it's very individual). If you get up early (6-7am), you can buy fresh, just-caught fish from a local fisherman in a village about 6-8 minutes away.
