This homestay is superb, a sanctuary with a very knowledgeable and helpful host. The self guided bike tours Yennie has set up are fantastic, which was a highlight of my whole trip. Brilliant home-made dinner and breakfast. Helpful advice for making the most of our time, including transfers to Saigon. I cannot recommend Mekong Pottery homestay highly enough!!

We had THE most wonderful time at Mekong Pottery Homestay – what a hidden gem to find. Yennie and her beautiful family went above and beyond in the preparation leading up to our stay and during our actual stay. She organised transfers for us from HCMC and was incredibly thorough—every question answered, every detail considered, she thought of everything. You can see how much care has been taken in designing and building the accommodation, which reflects the beautiful terracotta made in Vinh Long. The food her mom cooked was out of this world and one of the best we’ve had in Vietnam so far. The river tour with Henry was another highlight—well-paced, informative, and a great way to experience the local area. Every part of the stay had thoughtful, individual touches that made it feel extra special. Staying at Yennie’s homestay, surrounded by such natural beauty and warmth, was the highlight of our time in Vietnam. We can’t wait to return again one day.

Yennie and her family were very accommodating. Everything from the welcome note to the freshly cooked breakfast was outstanding. Would highly recommend having dinner cooked by mum at least once during your stay. The room was very clean and delightfully decorated. It had all that you needed. We had our own transport, so location out of town worked for us. Our motorcycles were securely stowed overnight.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Mekong Pottery Homestay. The place is calm, green, and beautifully designed — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Mekong Delta. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and thoughtful. Everything felt very personal and warm. We also went on a motorbike tour organized by the homestay, which became one of the highlights of our entire trip in Vietnam — authentic, scenic, and full of local charm. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy stay with real Vietnamese hospitality. Thank you Yenni and family for everything!
