To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The view from our apartment on the top floor was amazing - looking out on sea lions on the rock & dolphins swimming past. We also enjoyed using the hot tub, pool & games room. Staff were very helpful.

Although a bit dated, the hotel has good facilities. The apartment with a sea and pool view was fantastic and of a good size for the 8 of us. We would have loved to stay more days. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sauna (they have to be booked in advance though).

The apartment we hired, have a good space for a group of 3 or 4 people. 2 bathrooms are nice, a small kitchen very convenient to prepare big breakfasts and coffee. The jacuzzi and the pool are good. Walking distance to Cochoa restaurants and Reñaca. We extended another night no problems and kept the same apartment. Service and cleaners are great.

Good facities, jacuzzi and game room. It's outside of Viña del Mar but I thought that was good, less people. It was very easy to take the bus to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso
