Facilities, breakfast, and location met my expectations. But what was exceptional were the staff. Special mention goes to Roberta, who was so helpful and answered all my queries regarding my stay in Vilnius. She's a star. It is also worth mentioning Luka, who helped me in booking my trip to Riga. Overall, I'm happy with my stay in the hotel.
