The room had everything and it was quite! The reception staff were very polite and helpful. Big thanks to Monica who fulfilled my requests with a smile! The location of the property is excellent, easy to walk around the city centre, 10' walk to the central train station and next to two bus stations. The breakfast was very good!

I got a very large room, with plenty of space, large bed too. Very gentle and friendly staff. Breakfast is good and varied and you can order meals made by the moment. Very quiet place and the common spaces are nice. Hotel is not far from the centre, reachable in about 10 min walk. Not difficult to find restaurants within a few min distance. WiFi working well. Good price/quality ratio

Having stayed at the Rinno on 3 other occasions, it was good to be back. The extension breakfast room and out on to a terrace was really a bonus.
