Superb location: craving for gelato? Just walk downstairs and one block. Very friendly hosts, supporting throughout the stay. The keys were literally given us into the hand as we got off the taxi. The air conditioning works perfectly. A supermarket with convenient opening times is next to the ice cream shop. A washing machine, a stove and a fridge are extremely valuable if you, for example, simply want to have some spaghetti with fresh pesto or buy a watermelon. The best beach is accessible via a walk down-hill, or, as other beaches are, via a short ride with a city beach bus. Beware that Villasimius is located on a hill, meaning, you'll have steep walks.
