Michael and Michael's mamma were polite and they care a lot about check in and explanation about all things of the apartment. The place is excellent also in winter as a summer because the apartment is close to the parking lot (shuttle free cost to the Gerlitzen lift) and next to the lake. Great place for one night stay on the way to Italy. Excellent communication with the apartment owner. Parking in the garage is included in the price so it's a additional asset. A microwave oven in the apartment would be nice.
