location, The place is very close to the main plaza. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel looks exactly like the photos. You can check in early or out late. The staff is very professional. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is great. You have very hot water and the bathroom is big. The WiFi is ok. The lobby is a nice place to chill. There is constant access to free hot water if you want some tea and a coffee pot.

Very nice place and well located. The room is as per the pictures and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and the SPA area is also very good.

Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Angy went out of her way to help us with a very difficult problem when our lost luggage was delivered to the wrong hotel. Without her help we wouldn't have got it back. Really enjoyed the breakfast especially the vegetarian option of avocado on toast and a freshly made hash brown. Spa, pool, jacuzzi and sauna very good.
