Better than in the pictures and very private. Beautiful sea views and nice pool and pool terrace with lots of space, loungers, BBQ and lots of shade. The garden is fenced with soft green grass, lots of olive trees and figs. We have teenagers and the children's room with it's own bathroom is in another wing of the house so you can have some peace too. Large well stocked kitchen has all utensils for serious cooking. The location of the house is good, because it sits on top of a hill with open view toward the sea. The terrace gets a nice breeze. Two of the best restaurants we've been to are within walking distance and Umag is 4 minutes with a car. A place to return to.

The house was lovely and clean! It is exactly like in the pictures :) The owners takes good care of it and of their guests! Super bonus: the figs were ready to be eaten and we were encouraged to eat and take as many as we wanted. They were delicious 😋 Be careful of the wasps and bees who are as addicted to them, as we were! Perfect for some quality family time- we left recharge and happy 😊 Finally, the hosts shared with us many tips and places to go, swim, eat, etc! It made our stay even more pleasant. Thanks for everything!

Fabulous villa, amazing location and brilliant facilities. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday, accommodation was spacious and very clean with all amenities you’d need. The surroundings and garden were beautiful and the pool was perfect! Great host too.

The house has a pool with shallow end for kids and an amazing seaview. We came with two cars so the garage was great. Big garden with a fence so I didnt have to worry about the kids. A couple great restaurants and a beach with a bar and easy sea access is three minutes with a car away.
