The fine print
Every winter, from the 15th of October until Good Friday and Easter weekend, the reception, bar and restaurant are closed. This means all reservations will have self check-in and self check-out. It is not possible to have breakfast during this period. Daily housekeeping will also not be provided but we do offer weekly cleaning services for those staying longer min. 12 nights.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property was a gem of a find. The ladies who run it really made our stay what it was. Nothing was too big of an ask and they even gave us a special token to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. The location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful and only a 10 min drive from main attractions at vilamoura marina. We also loved the resident dogs! Food was also great.

Location was great for us as we wanted a relaxing holiday. We used Uber to travel to Vilamoura marina on an evening for food and drinks or Albufeira. Uber very reasonably priced and reliable. Breakfast and lunch menu at Casa do Alto excellent. BLT was best we’ve ever tasted. Room was great with lovely terrace and pool area perfect. Lovely daybeds and no having to put towels out to save them. Owners and all staff friendly and helpful. Resident dogs cute and friendly. We had a great holiday and will definitely be back again!

The owners of Casa do Alto are great and made our stay fantastic. The hotel is situated in a calm area, but not far from restaurants or beaches. It was very pleasant to stay around the swimming-pool. We will certainly come back

Casa do Alto is an absolute gem in the Algarve. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and beautiful the setting is. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to relax and recharge. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous—spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. It felt like a home away from home, but with all the charm and beauty of a boutique getaway. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!
