Spacious and very well-equipped house, quiet and cool inside. Nice outside space with an awning. Feels very homely and had everything we needed. Good sized bedrooms with loads of storage! It’s in a really nice quiet neighbourhood with plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants and only a short walk away from the centre of the village and the beaches (which are stunning!). We encountered an issue with the gas caused by the utility provider and Gonçalo responded straight away and got it sorted quickly. He was also very welcoming and provided plenty of information and recommendations for restaurants.

The place is super cozy and so well equipped. It is spacious and very tidy and clean. There's a chimney that we could use and the landlord was super responsive and helpful. It was the perfect place for us and we'd always come back. Supermarket is 4 min walking and the main places in Vila Nova are max. 10 min walking.

We loved everything about the place - perfect for a family with small kids. Super clean, great location, quiet neighborhood, cozy outdoor seating. A big plus: The kitchen is equipped with everything you may possibly need. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host.
