We enjoyed all aspects of Forte de Gaia. The welcome was efficient and friendly, even before we arrived I asked for and received prompt assistance with airport transfer. The room was excellent with plenty of space for our bags and belongings, the room service was also top grade with staff checking if all was ok several times a day. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety, with views of the city from the restaurant. It was nice to relax at the pool which was heated to a nice temperature.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Toughness regarding the special diet (no gluten) for one of the participants.
