The fine print
This property is with personal check-in, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).Check-in will be done at the reception until 10 PM. However, we do allow check-ins until 24:00 upon request and subject to approval. The check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Requests outside of these hours are kindly encouraged.Please note that reception services are unavailable after 18:30 on holidays and weekends. For check-in arrangements, please contact us directly to schedule your arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This beautiful property in a rural area is situated on a hillside, offering stunning views of the valley where the village is located. The land features expansive agricultural areas and a freshwater pond ideal for swimming. The owners produce wine from grapes grown on the estate and create delicious blueberry liqueur from the farm’s blueberries. Our visit was incredibly relaxing and memorable. Our spacious room provided breathtaking views of both the valley and a three-tiered water feature, which I assume serves as an irrigation system for the gardens, flowing down to the pond. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were genuinely lovely. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very kind. We discussed his plans to preserve this beautiful estate and its agricultural elements. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy some tranquil moments.

Not applicable- I did not have breakfast at the property. We did enjoyed the complementary fruits from the property. Lots of varieties were available.

The venue is much better than the pictures! This quinta is a gem ! Room, mansion, park, breakfast on the terrace and Daniela is the a great hostess. And if you like Vinho verde, blueberries, cheese and local delicatessen, this is also the perfect place. There are several natural pools , awesome !
