Tiago the owner was very friendly and welcoming. He offered me a cake when I arrived and a breakfast was included in the morning even though it had not been mentioned when I booked. He also upgraded the room so I got a very nice an big room which was nice when resting on a rainy day on the Camino.

I had a wonderful, very restful, stay at Alminha. I loved the traditional coziness of the room I stayed in, and the view at daybreak was spectacular. Also, you couldn't ask for a better host than Tiago!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The room was stunning and even had a balcony. It was nice that we could use the kitchen. The place is close to the Camino and you will get a perfect rest. Tiago was great and very helpful. He took us to the supermarket and help us with any questions we had. The next morning we got a delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice, caring, welcoming. Offered help with luggage, looked for me when I was late. Interesting story about the house and the family. Amazing breakfast service . A wonderful private terrace. Very special..
