It's clean and it's 5 min from beach by foot. There's shortcut to the beach, you do not need to walk on the main road to get there. Also outside of apartment there are showers, table tennis and table footbal games. Car can be parked in shadow. Apartment is actually better then I expected. You pay for bed linens and towels are extra.
