One of those places you want to remain undiscovered so you can always get a room... Hospitality at its best, beautiful rooms, and fabulous breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave. We were lucky to have the opportunity to have dinner during our stay which was delicious and all locally produced The recommendations for our stay in the Gargano from pasticceria, restaurants, and beaches, to woodland walks and wine were all spot on. Giancarlo and Nicola also helped us plan our onward trip through Puglia. Highly recommend and wish them every success

We had a lovely stay in Shanti. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and clean. Nicolo is a great host. The food (dinner and breakfast) was very good!
