Good atmosphere.Very kind and friendly staff personnel.Prices very reasonable for the hotel. Breakfast included in the price. I’m very recommended for other people who want to have a good and pleasant stay.

Walking distances to places as stated on their hotel info, there are plentiful of local foods and coffee available nearby, not only the restaurant beside the hotel, Big C mini mart is only 15 minutes away, for those coming by train (Kamsavath), take the green van (20 Kip/35 baht) to Talad Sao (morning market/end stop) and is only 15 minutes' walk to the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet is good for the room rates, all the staffs are helpful and friendly.

Spacious, and quiet area. The staff is also accommodating. I love the area too. Overall, such a great place I ended up coming back and staying again
