The hotel has a convenient location close to two large malls, the city center, and various tourist attractions. The staff are polite and accommodating, and the breakfast is simple yet tasty.

I had a really pleasant experience at Vientiane Boutique Hotel. After a long journey, I was so grateful that I could check in much earlier than expected – this meant a lot to me. The hotel also offers a convenient taxi service directly to Vientiane Railway Station, which made my travel even smoother. My room was simple but had everything I needed. What really stood out, though, was the staff – everyone was kind and attentive. A special thanks to Phon, who was exceptionally helpful and warm-hearted. Big compliments to him and the whole team!

The beds were comfy and the layout of the room was great for a young family with the children in their own space. Breakfast was simple but good (we did need to get a proper cup of coffee elsewhere). The staff were helpful organising a car to take us to the railway station.
