The fine print
This is a brand new opening of the our courtyard apartments after the constructions works are completed in March 2024. Please note that the main building is still under construction, but it does not affect us directly.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Convenient and very quiet location - walking distance to Innere Stadt and close to grocery stores and transit. The apartment was basic but functional. Kitchen with dishwasher and counter space. Nice bathroom and shower.

Using the code supplied worked perfectly. So much easier than a physical key. Just respond to the check-in email, and the rest is easy. The apartment was overall very clean, with the exception of a few cutlery items and some left-over food in the freezer box of the fridge. Yes, the bed was a little firm, but that’s how we prefer it in any case. Light and airy rooms, and lovely and quiet. Were given a couple of Nespresso pods, but stuck with the kettle and instant coffee as we’ve always thought of pod coffee as terribly wasteful. 2 minute walk to the tram, and 1 minute walk to a good sized Billa grocery store which is quite big for the neighbourhood.
