The owner was very nice, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable! It had everything I needed for a one week stay. There were several tram lines available within a 5 minute walk, and it was very well located for walking to the city centre as well.

bsolutely wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had an amazing experience at this apartment in Vienna! The location was perfect, the space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the kindness and helpfulness of the host. After I accidentally left my keys in the apartment, she went out of her way to send them back to me all the way to Poland by post – something I’m incredibly grateful for. It’s rare to meet someone so thoughtful and caring. If you're looking for a place to stay in Vienna, don’t hesitate – this is the one. Great hospitality, perfect comfort, and a host who truly cares. Thank you again for everything!

The host was always available when I called, had a positive attitude and spoke English well. We were also able to check in slightly early as we arrived early in the morning. The room itself was exactly as advertised with plenty of storage and facilities for all of our needs. We also had no problem with noise.
