The absolute biggest plus is the location. A hip street with cafes and restaurants just outside the door and the pedestrian-only shopping street Mariahilferstraße only 5 minutes away. We called the number at the hotel, which works in cooperation with the apartments, twice. First time because the shower did not drain on our first morning, the second time when we ran out of trash bags, dish tabs and felt for a fresh set of towels. Both times the staff was very helpful and the cleaning staff came by the same day. There is some noise from the street (bring earplugs if you are sensitive) but we never heard noise from other guests.

Apartment is spacious, location was good as it was just walking distance to the westbanhof station and close to a wide variety of shops and restaurants.Excellent wifi connection.

the kitchen is nice for family, furniture needs a renewal, double sink only 1 works, otherwise the apartment is very good for family, location is very convenient, 2 supermarkets around, a lot of restaurants ice cream parlar nearby very good, we eat everyday, westbanhof station and ikea are so near, you can go to every part of Vienna in proximity with no difficulty, a few luggage storages nearby so helpful.
