The staff were really friendly and helpful when my food delivery got ruined by the rain. They helped me clean up right away. The room was also very nice! Great service overall!

The location of the hotel is really great. The public transport is close by and the whole city is accessible from the hotel's location. The room was very well equipped with everything you'd expect in a four star hotel, including a small fridge. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good with a large selection of breakfast items and I strongly recommend trying it.

Good location, close to metro, trams, trains. Room was ready when we arrived at 11am Big room (#325), very clean, good bed, quiet room. Bathroom was also clean. Dinner as spaghetti bolognese was decent. (too much oil)
