very friendly and pleasant administrator. the room is clean. mattresses and bed linen are of the highest level. attractions are nearby. tram D is very convenient to get from the main station to the guesthouse.

The location was perfect and our room was suited just for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from the window to the street was beautiful and green. The location was also really good; near the stations and a lots of cafes and restaurants near by. It was also an easy walk to the city center.
