During winter months (from October to March) the A/C is switched off in all guest rooms.Planned road construction works between April and December 2025 (announced on 10.02.2025 by authorities) may cause road closures and limit access for cars in Wallgasse during this period. Construction work may also cause noise now and then. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding!Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Absolutely everything was exceptional. The staff were all so friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Location is brilliant as there are three different underground stations all within walking distance from the hotel as well as supermarkets and eateries.

Good location, with three different train lines nearby. Close to the shopping main strip and only 1 to 3 stations away from all the attractions that Vienna has to offer. Early check in was a nice bonus and the staff were lovely.

Well i hope Karcsi sees this review, because he is the BEST HUNGARIAN RECEPTIONIST IN THE WORLD. so give him a pay raise because he is exceptional at his job. Kind soul, humble and funny. He helped me get a flower to someone VERY special to me. So I will be forever in his debt for that. Köszi nagyon Karcsi !!:))))))

This hotel is close to the city and subway. Well connected to the other public communication. Well behaved staffs.
