for my purposes (scientific meeting at the nearby BFW) absolutely perfect place. Also, just on the outer fence of the Schonbrun park. Peaceful and excellent area for stay.

Room was very comfortable, clean and very warm. Good breakfasts. Good location. Zoo is close to hotel. Bus stop is close to hotel, from which you can easily get to the tube.

Spacy room (family room), big balcony with nice view; staff really helpful and nice and went out of their way to accommodate us; good breakfast buffet with great coffee options. Busstop outside the hotel with buses every 5min, takes 5-6 minutes to the subway (Hietzing) and then 12 minutes to city centre. We were very happy with the location, easy to travel to the city and Schönbrunns Castle and park are right across the street from the hotel.

The room was comfortable and warm for the winter season. The breakfast was delicious and the service to accommodate all your needs such as late arrivals or early arrivals they are hands on to do their best to fulfill your requirements upon availability. Totally recommended and would choose it over again on a next visit.
