We had a pleasant stay overall. The receptionist was polite and check-in/check-out were both quick and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and the room itself was a good size. A baby cot was provided free of charge, which was a nice touch. The hotel's biggest advantage is definitely its location—within walking distance of Prater, Messe Wien, and Ernst Happel Stadium. Plus, Metro line 2 is just around the corner, making it very convenient for getting around the city.

I have stayed in this hotel a long time ago and I loved it then. It’s still beautiful and in a great location. The armchair is lovely, the beds are spacious and comfortable. The view is nice.
