The fine print
You can park on the public street in front of the building. However, since March 2022 parking is only possible with a parking ticket from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (weekdays) throughout Vienna Option 1: Daily parking tickets (€15,00* per day) or weekly parking tickets (€60,00* per week) can be requested at our office (limited number)
Option 2: You can buy parking tickets on your own digitally via the app "Handyparken" or regularly at the tobacconist or gas station at a price of €2,20 per hour.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

- access to apartment was easy, directions well written, we entered by code - you can easily find a parking spot near by - less than 10 min walking distance to metro line one line or tram distance to another metro line

Clear instructions for check in. Place close to tram and within reasonable distance to subway. Several supermarkets and cafes nearby. The studio itself is very good, had microwave and iron which was handy.

I have visited Vienna three times in a row and all the three times I stayed at this place. The apartment was clean and comfortable, well-connected by public transportation and the host is highly professional. I highly recommend this place.
