An amazing hotel. The generosity of the staff is incredible. You will never have a breakfast as good as that served here, not in taste, presentation & quantity - even paradors don't match up. There is also a generous 5pm free serving of tapas and cava or chocolate in the bar area. The good sized room & bed was extremely comfortable offering armchairs too. I loved having the luxury of a bath. Good lighting. Decoration of hotel throughout is delightful and cosy. At night the hotel was quiet. Around Vielha is plenty of free parking. But you may have a short walk to hotel though you can pull up to hotel to drop luggage off but you do have to reverse back out to pedestrianised road. We were so impressed we stayed a second night. Thank you to all staff and especially the chef owner. I cannot believe you are only a 2 star hotel. You set the standard higher than many 4 and 5 star hotels achieve.

The hotel is nice, the room we had was well equipped and large - we might have gotten an upgrade. But the original one also looked really good on the photos. The bathroom was very nice. We arrived pretty late but there was someone waiting for us at the reception desk. The breakfast deserves a seperate section onto itself. It must be a Basque thing, as the only one we had that can remotely compete with it was also in Basque country. Getting breakfast at this hotel you feel like in a Michelin restaurant. It consists of several dishes, each original, beautiful and served in an intricate way. The lady also explaine what is what. Everything was really tasty. When we were finished we regretted coming too late to get dinner. We might return just for the food.
