Simple but very nice. Comfortable room, big and with new furnitures. Breakfast essential but complete. Quiet even if close by the highway. Staff very friendly

I checked out on 2/2/24. As I pulled out of the parking lot, I was already missing Mr & Mrs Sam and their hospitality! I asked Mr Sam at check in about security. They have a patrol and cameras. The room exceeded my expectations because I didn't have to clean it when checking in. It was extremely clean. (I carry cleaning supplies because most hotel rooms are not clean.) I had a question. I went to the office. When I stepped in, a bell sounded. Running. I heard foot steps approaching. Mr Sam was there within 3 seconds. Awesome customer service.

Correct Address: 3103 US HWY 59 NORTH. Just arrived in Victoria Sunday night. Super tired. Booked a room online. There are 2 Super 8's in Victoria. Drove to the wrong one. Made a U turn. Dark night . Many streets are without street lights some are missing name signs. Then the GPS was acting weird. I kept missing turns and wanted to FIRE the GPS. Finally found it. Be patient. The entire road and other areas are under construction. Welcomed by the kindest soul I've ever met! People call him Sam. After talking to Sam a few minutes, I was so grateful to be there. Assigned a room. I've been visiting hotels for a month relocating. I have a clear knapsack of cleaning supplies, 1/4" masking tape and Lysol just for hotel rooms. I started to clean the room before unpacking and realized there was no need to clean. The room was immaculate! Pulled out the masking tape. Most hotels have 2 panel curtains. A small piece of tape in the middle keeps the panels together. No need. At this location, one full curtain panel completely covers the entire window! Totally enjoyed the stay. Checked out and returned again about 6pm. The parking lot and lobby was packed. Sam & his wife receive 10 stars for their professionalism, operating the property and the clean rooms! Returned for another stay the following day. Highly recommend!
