Breakfast was good, nothing was labelled gluten free however they did provide gluten free waffles on request.

Our overnight stay at the Rainbow Hotel was great value for money, and the location was excellent. Everything we needed was provided, and the breakfast the next morning was truly good! The only negative point I can mention is the mattress — it definitely needs an upgrade. That said, we still slept well.

I had a really great time staying at this hotel. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. The staff helped me plan and arrange all my activities, which made things super easy and stress-free. Big shoutout to Zulu, the tour guide! He was amazing – always around with helpful tips, great suggestions, and local recommendations that made my trip truly unforgettable. Thank you Zulu for making everything so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were great and a 10 out of 10 for the events manager that managed to get us a booking for a fabulous river dinner cruise on the Zambezi River very last minute. She was very helpful and we had a fantastic time. It is well worth it to book a dinner or sunset cruise. It was exorbitantly expensive, but so is the entire Victoria Falls.
