I loved the location of the hotel, half a block to the parliament buildings and a block from the harbour! The ambiance of the hotel is lovely. I stayed here about 40 years ago with fond memories. Coming back felt like going to visit my grandma’s in the most welcoming and comfortable way. My suite was immaculate and thoughtful decorated with little touches like the books placed on the shelves of the night tables and end tables. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was huge but noticing other rooms as we passed they too seemed a really good size The location was excellent. So close to the parliament building which by the way was an excellent place to have a very good breakfast

Excellent location and staff very friendly and helpful. Room extremely spacious and gad everything and more. It is very cute as they have kept the furniture and general appearance as it was. However, it is probably due for an upgrade.
