The hotel is in a great location and has on site parking that is a real bonus. The staff were just so helpful helping organise a last minute whale watching tour and it proved just perfect!. Hotel has a great restaurant with amazing views over Victoria and would certainly recommend for anyone looking to stay in or around the city centre. There is also a great Greek restaurant right next door too. Breakfast is great value and lots of choice and overall just can't fault the hotel or the team.

the room was good, beds were comfy, the view from the restaurant was fantastic, staff was very helpful and friendly, the shuttle driver was very nice too

Room clean n view excellent however the step to the balcony was too high causing me to trip n fell scraping the shin of my leg n bruised knee. Could be worse if I fell down on the concrete floor outside
“Second time here and I’ll be back:) probably on the off season as it’s so expensive in the summer!!”
