We did not stay in this apartment, we got another apartment which is in front of the beach, but it is good enough.

Nice beaches are 2 minutes away, fantastic park for kids of various ages is 2 minutes away, shopping is nearby, even some local attractions and train station are not too far. Car parking is right on the street below for a nominal weekly fee.
