Thank you Francesco we had a fantastic stay. The location is absolutely perfect to enjoy everything Viareggio has to offer. The apartment is light, clean and spacious. There is a WiFi router which has fast internet and I was able to do some family washing in the washing machine. The fridge freezer was big. The aircon was nice and cold and the apartment stayed that way especially with the shutters down whilst we were out in 38• sunshine! We were able to use the bike at the apartment and store it downstairs in the lobby area. My husband and son hired a tandem from the pineta too. Essential for getting around with ease.

Good basic place to stay, especially with kids as there is little to break :) Very central too.

Clean and nice. Good value for money and a very friendly and great host. Family was very happy spending 2 weeks. Around 10 mins walk to beach, 5 mins to big park with activities for the kids and 5 mins to supermarket

I liked the location and the apartment in general. The bedrooms were good, the living area was big enough, the kitchen had everything we needed.
