Its a nice unit that is in a great location parking is close (entry via R.nova de Santana collect your ticket and drive straight to the control booth in the middle of level 1 park on the side and go to the window pay in advance as many days as you want 6 euro p.n and you are set) the stairs are a bit steep but after 5 the building is yours no one slammimg doors, loud conversations etc.I think some thick curtains on the windows would aid heating and cooling a lot but we had no problems other than the shower others have mentioned cooking smells from the restaurant behind but we didnt notice anything , good range of tv selections, cooking facilities are good enough to cater for whatever you have in mind ,overall a worthwhile base to explore a beautiful area.
