Staffs are very nice and provide very helpful information. The housemaid is very kind and welcoming. the room very huge and clean. The bed is very comfy. The bathroom is wonderful. the location is very near to the Verona Porta Nova train station

It was a good experience, staff was friendly, we did check in really quick. Room was comfy, though it seemed for a first sight, bank bed was not that sturdy. Breakfast was good, but you have to book a time for it in advance. I would definelatly recommend this hotel, as price per quality ratio is quite good.
