Large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning was a very welcome feature in the heat of summer. Broad range of breakfast items to suit every taste. Staff were welcoming and friendly - fluent English-speakers able to help us tourists whose Italian is rather limited! Staff provided good advice for onward travel & day trips. The hotel is situated just over 2km away from the historic centre. The hotel's flexible shuttle bus service into the centre is a huge help for those less-mobile, attending an evening at the opera, or simply looking to avoid the walk into town in the summer heat.

The top floor of the hotel, where our room was (#512) is newly renovated, which is done in a clean, tasteful and appropriate manner. All very pleasant!

It was a clean, cozy hotel that met all our expectations for a short stay with 2 little kids. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, there was free parking for our car so we are satisfied.
