We received a really nice welcome and were checked in in no time by Jenny 10/10 friendly knowledgeable and professional , which didn’t end there she remained in the same manner throughout our Stay. Very polite and helpful a real credit to Best Western Hotels as were all of the staff we met throughout our visit

Effective air conditioning when the city was hot and humid. Good location between the main parts of the old city and the arena. Close to good restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff.

A good and tidy hotel, only stayed for 1 night but had no complaints. Easy to locate and only a short walk to the centre. Modern and comfortable room. Would stay again.
