From the moment I booked, Sofia was incredibly helpful—sending detailed directions and offering support throughout my visit. She kindly let me store my luggage early as the room was already prepared. The location is perfect:10 minutes from the train station, 20 minutes to the historical centre. All walking distances. Everything was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens, towels, slippers, toiletries, and a comfy bed and pillow. The room had a safe and a stocked mini fridge. Breakfast each morning was a treat—croissant, jam, fruit, juice, and coffee. Sofia’s warmth and attention to detail made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommended—thank you, Sofia!

Sofia was very friendly and helpful, place was comfortable and we got breakfast in the morning, which was a bonus, as we didn't expect it.
