Clean, comfortable, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Lovely garden area. Ideally situated across the road from the park with access to the coast path into town. Loved touches like the "guide box" with bus timetable and detailed maps.

David was incredibly helpful with advice and information at hand for us, he was in contact very soon after the booking to help us with any queries we had and even had a Youtube clip on how to get in if he wasn't there, He was very helpful in getting us settled in and plenty of advice on places to go, public transport etc. We were there primarily for the Isle of Wight festival and he had plenty to tell us about that too. He also very much left us alone and was of no hassle at all. Very nice host, nice apartment and great advisor. I cannot fault this property nor its owners. Ventnor is a very beautiful & friendly place on the very Southern tip of the island.

Beautiful Victorian villa ideally located for easy reach of Ventnor beach (via steep hill down and uphill on return, but worth it for the gorgeous beach and the fabulous Spyglass Inn ! ) Lovely very well kept gardens with little pretty seating areas. Pretty outlook onto Ventnor Park across the road with a little putting green, cafe and gardens. We found parking easily off road, outside the property. We stayed in Victoria apartment, perfectly sized and equipped for two. Super comfortable generously sized bed. Peaceful location. There are narrow stone steps up to the apartment at the back of the property, however we were aware and managed ok. Hosts David and Anna were lovely and we very much appreciated their kind offer of early ‘check-in’ on arrival day. Very comprehensive and helpful pre arrival information. Thank you for a lovely stay :)
