perfect b&b, few minutes walk to the boardwalk. balcony outside which was lovely to sit at night. breakfast was provided by the cafe at the corner, which was excellent. room was a decent size. there is also a communal fridge and cookies were left for residents in the morning, which was a lovely touch.

We had a spacious room on the top floor, The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were high quality. Excellent bathroom and shower. We were a little surprised that the included breakfast was not served in the inn, but in a cafe owned by the same people just a half block away. Breakfast was very good. The TV wasn't functioning properly, but the staff responded is less than five minutes and fixed the problem.

Don’t expect pristine fixture and fittings but do expect friendly staff, a bit of character, super close to the beach and a great breakfast in the nearby cafe.
