The apartment is big with a kitchen off the living room. Vanessa, the host, has very good English and is very clear in her explanation of how to reach the property and what to do with the security keys/locks. Location is really good - only a stone's throw from the sea with restaurants and cafes nearby. Vanessa is easily contactable by phone/WhatsApp and is very amenable.

Location excellent - only a minute's walk to the beach (though a 19 minute walk into Ventimiglia centre). Secure parking in a gated complex. On street parking places were virtually non-existent as it was so busy so this was a real bonus. The lady in charge of the property was incredibly helpful, putting right quite a few niggles which we found on arrival, like no shower curtain so we had to physically mop the bathroom floor after a shower, not one sharp knife for e.g. bread, and only one socket for three appliances in the kitchen area.

Very kind and welcoming hosts. Everything has been thought of in the apartment. Parking space in a fenced area by the house. Rating this as 9.9/10 :)
