Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 45 from 22:30 until 00:00
- EUR 60 from 00:00 until 1:00
After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2:00 AM.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment has two separate rooms with large sofas plus an additional sofa. Separate entrance into the apartment. Hot water, bedding, and shower accessories. The owner was always in touch and quickly resolved problems. The owner was very kind and met us for check-in ahead of time.
