Day staff were incredible and helpful, even letting me check in early. Night staff, however, were unfriendly and unhelpful. Facilities are fairly new, though the bathroom felt a bit dated. Overall, pricey for what you get—but it's Venice. Great location.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel recently. Firstly, location was great - v close to the train station which is what we needed. Room was a good size and beds were comfy. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of goodies. The scrambled eggs were particularly good. The room was nice and quiet.
