Maria was an amazing host! She met us at the airport and escorted us all the way to the hotel in the middle of the night! If it was not for her kindness we would have definitely been lost as Venice is difficult to navigate and maps do not work! The property itself was lovely and the watersdoor… wow!

The location was spot on, it seemed like everywhere was only a 15 minute walk away max. Also the host Maria was lovely, we had a late check in and she made sure to meet us and greet us, also being in contact over WhatsApp to make sure we knew which boat to get from the airport and the route to the apartment, which from the boat stop was only 5/10 mins walk. She also kept in touch throughout the weekend telling us about events to go to and how to get to places. Also some good places to eat. Very hospitable and we would stay there again. The apartment is also really nice with a terrace on an on a canal.

What an amazing spot. Absolutely well located, near the pier, the center and all you need around ! What a pleasure to meet Maria and her daughter. Such amazing souls. The apartment got everything needed to make it perfect ! The exact « rococo » style we are looking for while coming down Venise. A really great value of money considering the quality of the permises and the host who is 100% involved to make your journey as the best ! Will definitely recommend that place and Maria for the impressive warm person she is.
