Fabulous location, easy walk from the Piazzale Roma. Don't cross via Ponte della Contutzione, there are baggage carrier scammers! Cross the canal via Ponte del Monastero and walk towards the Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal. The entrance is in the Terracotta coloured building next door. Nora met us there and showed us in, she was excellent, considering it was only her 3rd day working for RentRelax. The roof terrace is amazing and perfect for breakfast and evening meals, but could benefit from some shade/parasols. Everywhere is an easy walk or ferry ride from the apartment.

Accommodating staff. Two bathrooms was a plus for our family. Perfect location, close to main train station and the water taxis and ferry station. The location around the property if you walk a bit was so so amazing, a hidden gem. Must stay

Superb location- close to vaporetto and bus station but the same time silent and at the grand canal , modern and clean facilities, good beds, very nice and spacious terrace across whole apartment

couldnt get any closer to the grand canal or the train station , lovely apartment tastefully furnished great views of the canal, 2 bathrooms were great everything you will need
