It is possible to check in after 7.00pm but there is a supplement of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in, after 11.00pm it's €70.00 until 1:00am maximum.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A wonderful experience in the heart of Venice! The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The place is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is simply perfect—central and within walking distance of all the main attractions. What really made our stay special was the staff: always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The host was very helpful from the begining, all the instructions were very clear. Initially, we planned to reach the apartment in the afternoon, however due to train delay we were late for around 6 hrs, and we informed the host in the last minute only. However, they were very understanding and gave us all the instructions via wats app itself. from city tax payment to 7 door code everything was smooth. The apartment was very spaciuous for 7 persons. I would definitely recommend fro my friends

The location is wonderful. Close to all points of interest. Close to the vaporetto station, you can quickly reach the Roma square where the train and all the buses are. Easy access with code. It was clean and quite comfortable.
