clean, cosy and warm in winter with good lighting. good facilities for a family with multiple rooms and large communal areas. Rooftop was great with beautiful views and good furniture. the property had a great location for any kind of transport to and from Venice. great transport right over to the main island. located near good shops and great restaurants.
