Location was great, nice and quiet, lots of space, dishwasher, washing machines, excellent bathrooms and towels, toilet rolls and a few washing pods supplied, 15-20 mins walk from attractions. Clean and comfortable.

Very large apartment, very nicely decorated in a great location. Enrica met us upon arrival and explained the apartment. There was lots of space, high ceilings. we were here for the biennale and it was easy to reach it from this location.

This is a superb apartment in a quiet part of Venice. On the map it looks a long way from the centre, but in Venice nothing is very far and it only takes about 13 minutes to walk to St Mark's Square. Be aware though this walk (and virtually any other in Venice) involves a lot of bridges with steps, so you need to be reasonably mobile. The property is within very easy reach of small shops, cafes, bars and restaurants but once you are back home it's really quiet apart from the church bells! It's beautifully appointed, configured as a large small and a small apartment which are linked by stairs, the small apartment is self-contained, but people can easily just sleep there and use the large apartment for socialising and eating. Altogether there are two bathrooms and an ensuite, and the kitchen and lounge are very well equipped. It's not especially cheap but you get a lot for your money and it's highly recommended.
